About the presenters:
Demesha McKinney Hill is an award-winning CSR professional and business leader. Demesha was named Corporate Executive of the Year by the Colorado Black Chamber of Commerce. Currently the Head of Diversity and Community Relations for Janus Henderson Investors and Managing Director for the Janus Henderson Foundation, Demesha started there in 2001 as an executive assistant.
Joseph Denoncourt is College View Elementary School’s principal resident for the Denver Public Schools in Colorado (U.S.). Joseph's nine years of educational experience include being a bilingual classroom teacher, a social-emotional interventionist, a teacher leader, and an assistant principal.
